Bad Health Is Becoming A Norm

I’ve decided to make contributions by raising awareness of how we’re sold food that is bad for our health. It’s sad that so many people living on Meds. due to health problems developed from consuming process foods that contain toxin after toxin. It is hard to believe that so many of my friends and family members are taking either medicine for high blood pressure, shots for diabetes, or both. Kids are developing child hood diabetes, becoming obese, and fighting high blood pressure as well.

The sad thing about this is that they have been lead to believe that this is their plight in life. I was heading down the road of high blood pressure until I made a simple change. I decided to change my daily diet. As a result of the changes made, my blood pressure took a turn in the right direction and I never looked back.

When I look at photos of my parents, aunts, uncle, and grand parents, I see very healthy looking 40 to 60 year olds during the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and early 80’s. None of which had any signs of any major diseases.

So I asked myself, what has changed to cause so many health problems today and one common answer is the food. The way it is grown, processed, and prepared with man made seasoning. Fast food companies are maximizing their profits by preparing foods for as little as possible to make bigger profits.

This is achieved by growing the food faster with the help of man made chemicals, enhancing the taste and look of food by the use of chemicals, getting longer shelf live out of food with the help of chemicals, and providing chemically enhanced seasoning to the food during it’s preparation just to name a few of many other changes I’ve thought of.

I can bet that each reader of this article know someone with a medical related illness that’s linked to eating our toxin based foods. What do you think?
